Jul 23, 2025

Kretz

On Wednesday, July 23, a special highlight awaits theater fans young and old in the Hummerichsaal of the Bauernschänke in Kretz.

As part of the Night of the Volcanoes, at 3 p.m. (duration approx. 50 min.; admission 2.30 p.m.), the Koblenz puppet theater company
will perform "Die Olchis und der Schmuddelhund" - great fun for all Olchi fans aged 3 and over.

With lots of humor, a sense of adventure and a pinch of dirt, the Koblenz puppeteers tell a captivating story that will make children's hearts beat faster: The Olchi children are bored! Their faithful dragon Feuerstuhl is asleep, the rats are dozing and even the flies are dropping dead. But then a new inhabitant of the garbage dump causes a stir: a dog! He loves digging in the dirt, can do tricks and brings a lot of zest to Olchi's life. The production also contains elements of the popular book "The Strongest Olchis in the World".

Tickets for the children's theater are available at the citizens' office of the Pellenz municipality in Plaidt and online at
www.ticket-regional.de (plus fee). Further information: tourismus@pellenz.de | 02632-299 444.

Get your tickets now and immerse yourself in the funny, cheeky and somewhat different world of the Olchis!

A filthy good time for the whole family awaits you!
