Ferien am Äppelsberg

We warmly welcome you to our vacation home in Volkesfeld in the Eifel. Our vacation home is located on a sunny hillside on the "Äppelsberg" in the middle of the beautiful low mountain range landscape. The vacation home is currently still under construction and will be available from April 2022. Photos of the apartments will therefore follow shortly.

The dream path "Heidehimmel" runs directly behind the house, which you can access directly from the garden of the house. You can reach other hiking trails via the Traumpfad. The house is therefore the perfect starting point for hikes or bike tours. In the immediate vicinity (1.5 km) there is a bathing lake, the Waldsee Rieden with two beautifully situated restaurants directly on the lake.

The house has a total of 4 apartments with separate entrance doors. All apartments have a size of approx. 62 m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people. The apartments are completely new and modernly equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, electric shutters,...

- 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and safe, 1 bedroom with pull-out single bed)

There are two apartments on the first floor and two on the 1st floor. The apartments on the first floor have a large terrace, while the two apartments on the upper floor each have two balconies. One balcony faces east and one balcony faces west. So you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.

Children are very welcome here.

Behind the house there is a garden for communal use with a barbecue area, sun loungers and play area for children. Our house also offers
